The only thing that comes to mind is that there are two ways to make a stamp, the way we make them, which is in natural rubber and the other method photopolymer. The problem with a photopolymer stamp is that to make the stamp you need a plastic substrate for the polymer to adhere to. We have had customers who had previously ordered the photopolymer stamps and the substrate has seperated from the photopolymer.
